A Pretty Big Year (and We're Not Mad About It)

We'll be honest... this year's been a big one. Not the loud, flashy kind... But the kind that's built on long days at the bench, problem-solving tricky jobs, and caring (probably too much, if that's even a thing) about every tiny detail. Somehow, all of that has turned into a few moment's we're really proud of.

Nationwide Jewellers Member of the Year - Australia 2025

Yep... this one still feels a bit surreal. Being named Member of the Year across Australia is

HUGE! Like, pause-and-let-that-sink-in kind of huge. But if you know us, you know we're not about doing things "just because."

Every repair, every redesign, every custom piece, we treat it like it actually matters...

 because it does.

So this award? It's really about you trusting us with your pieces, your stories, and

sometimes the jewellery you said you'd "never wear again" (we love proving you wrong on that one).

Kel Did a Thing (A Very Impressive Thing)

Now this one... we're EXTRA proud of!

Our very own Kel took out The Geoff Tombs

Award for highest overall marks in the Diploma of Gemmology... which basically means: top of the class, across Australia.

Casual.

But behind that is a lot of late nights, a lot of study, and a slightly obsessive love of gemstones (hence she got the award for 'most likely to lick shiny things).

It's the kind of dedication you don't always see - but you definitely feel in the finished piece.

Not Just Pretty - Properly Qualified

Kel also officially completed the Diploma in Gemmology, which sounds fancy (and it is), but what it really means is simple:

We know our stuff.

Not just what looks good - but what will last, and what makes a stone special beyond sparkle. So when we recommend something, redesign something, or help you choose
"the one"... it's coming from real knowledge, not guesswork.

What It All Comes Back To

At the end of the day, these awards sit on the wall... but the real work happens at the bench, across the counter, and in those conversations where you tell us,

"I want to make this into something I'll actually wear."

That's the part we care about most.

The awards are just a really nice reminder that doing things properly - and putting your whole heart into it... actually means something.
